Edgewater Walleye
Trolled just off the breakwall of Edgewater on 4/29. We started around 5p and fished until 3a. No luck off Edgewater so we Trolled the warm water discharge in front of the powerplant at E. 72.. No Luck there either. We hauled spoons, Bomber Long A's and anything we could think of. Lots of marks on the scope... But caught no walleye. With all the trebles we had in the water compared to the marks we were seeing we should have at least accidently snagged one!

I picked up a 28 inch, 8 pound walleye trolling East of Avon Saturday evening. Marked a lot of fish near the bottom in 32'-34', but they didn't seem active. The one I picked up was in 28' about halfway down.
I'm going to try heading out at night off Edgewater / Gold Coast this week. We should start to see things pick up in the next few weeks...
