If your guys were the same ones we seen in the white bayliner on sunday you were trolling way to fast you might want to try a couple of sea anchors one on each side to slow your troll down or buy a trolling plate that mounts on the cavitation plate on your outdrive, they also sell a nice electric motor thats mounts there also it has 120lb thrust but its very costly its called a navigator trolling motor they make about 4 differnt sizes, your boat would need the 3 prop unit

yeah that might of been us...we came in from the East and started trolling West.We saw two boats trolling just North of us in about 56fow and passed them a bit, then dropped and started heading West but our speeds were a bit fast...heading West with the current seemed worse...we were close to 3mph. We then turned around and it was a bit slower at about 2.4-2.8 but we have three 5 gallon buckets out to slow us down yet its still doesnt seem enough.Funds are kind of limited so I am not sure what else we can do other than to throw out a couple more.My buddy is a painter so buckets are in full supply.
After dealing with the flies ,we couldnt take it anymore so we picked and moved back East past Fairport.

June 18 past the crib
Hi everybody, new to this forum. Caught 4 walleyes last night, lost two others (one felt like a monster). Trolled jets 80-100 feet out at 2 mph past the crib. Orange and yellow stingers produced fish. Finally got off the skunked list, will now be dominating the rest of summer!!
