To Fish Hawk or not?
What are your thoughts on the Fish Hawk? I've been considering adding one and just haven't made to justification yet. Can I ask the current owners of the unit what data decisions do you make from them? Is it a particular temperature you're looking for maybe speed?
Thanks in Advance.24' Caravelle

MY BAD. Got up to early
Crestliner is a good boat. Mine was a 2009 Fish Halk but it was to small for lake Erie. It was only 16 feet and not deep enough. I used it for a couple years around the island's and then traded it in for an old Sea nymph. Can't say anything bad about it.Last edited by badboards; 06-15-2024 at 08:06 AM.

Re: To Fish Hawk or not?
The way I see it, for the fisherman like us I can’t justify it. I have checked my GPS speed and it’s close enough for my needs. There’s a lot more fishing stuff I could buy with that amount of money like a better fish finder or downriggers, etc. Pros or charters could justify it because it’s their paychecks are on the line. 3 man limits for us in a few hours of fishing is fine for me. Your fish finder is the critical piece you need. Hope this helps you out.
