June 5th conneaut

Nice two man limit out of conneaut.
Headed to deeper water this trip, fishing the drop from 50 to 70 feet.
most fish came between 55 and 64 feet
all on small spoons, could not get a bite on a stick bait of any kind.
dipseys and jet 40’S
Marks are sporadic, good size fish.

update….I went out solo this morning….only landed one.(nice 7 lb)
I started later this morning.
not the marks I had yesterday.
other guys I talked to struggled today.
Small wonderbread spoon.
fishing can humble me….
