I took a buddy out this morning. We went out of the Sheffield Lake public ramp about 7 am and headed NE. In 40-45 feet of water the walleye were stacked up. We sorted through some shorts and junk fish but most eyes were 16-20" eaters. We used spinner rigs with purple blades and gold backs as well as perch with chartreuse backs. Speed seemed to be best at 1.5-1.8 mph. Good luck out there!
