    Default Walnut Creek Four Man Limit

    Great day on July 3rd. Caught more than 70 walleyes to get 24 keepers. Trolled 58 - 62 FOW. Southwest was best. Large spoons off downriggers at 55' worked really well. Dipsy set at 3 running 160' and 1 running 77' with plugs in dark purple and rainbow trout performed well too. Pulled in a few jumbo perch on the sticks too. Good Luck.

    What color spoons off the downriggers were working? Also could you tell me your leads from the ball and your speed. Thanx..

    Spoons out about 12' behind the ball. Pulling the large stingers; buffalo wing was the winner - orange with black. Ran 1.8 - 2.1 mph.
