bow mount trolling motor on center console

I have a 21' Robalo Center Console ( see attached picture ) I want to mount an electric trolling motor to the bow ... there is 32" from the pulpit to the water when at rest ... which is the max according to MinKota ... has any one ever mounted a bow mount trolling motor to a center console ..?

i have a minn kota powerdrive v2 on my 20' kenner C.C. it works great, never had a problem. tight lines.
