    Does anyone know how well the 08 walleye hatch fared. were conditions good for optimum spawn success. just curious what there is to look forward to in the next 3yrs. Been pretty spoiled the last couple.

    Finding crawler harnesses
    Talked to a guy at the fish cleaning station he had a limit at stony point He was using some crawler harnesses. He called them Intimidator or eliminator.
    They have a large Colorado front spoon and smaller trailer. He said they use them in Saginaw bay area.

  3. It's like CRACK!!!!

    Fished the reefs this past weekend and just juiced the fish. took and average of about an hour to limit out all weekend. Im not sure what Bill Gates was doing this past weekend but I am sure that he was'nt having any more fun than me!!! Hope I never loose THAT!! Took most fish on blue and chartruse or purple jigs,did catch a few on blades. Cant wait to get back!!!!!!!!

  4. Wanting to be where it's Warm!

    Yesterday it was 71 degrees and thanks to an alberta clipper, 12 short hours later it was 12 degrees.

    This is the time of the year when one dreams about the walleyes to come.

    Two captains I know are spending a couple of warm weeks in the Floriday Keys. Wish I was with them now. I'll see if they'll post some pics and a fishing report from Marathon Florida. Something to warm the spirits while we wait out this remaining winter.
