Conversation with the Game Warden.

[Fishin Crazy]

We were pull over at turtle creek when we came in the Game Warden checked to see how many perch we had. And we got to talking about the small walleye people had been catching when perch fishing because we caught 8 about 8 inches long. He smiled and said a lot of people have told him that.I asked if He had any news on the trawling results this year?
He went on to say that it was great. I ask him to compare it to the 2003 hatch and he said 3\4 of the 2003 hatch! The walleye population got a shot in the arm this year. I hope he is correct!

I hope he is right. I fished out of geneva back in july and caught more small fish than I have ever caught in that area.
