great fishing while hiding from wind

Well hiding from some north east wind behind the islands we caught some very nice fish west of rattle snake island. 30 to 40 back on 40 tt at 1.9 mph.. on custom worm harnesse... I just love seeing coolers full of fish...

what kind of worm harness and you running them staright off the jet? how long are the harness's?

Good for you Jim! We did well last weekend in that area and I was going to hit it in the morning but 3 to 5's is a little rough for my 21 footer. Might try it Wednesday if the weather finally breaks.

I think the TRU-TRIP 40 and a double willow are the perfect combo this time of year.
