I can't give much of a report as we only fished 2 hours yesterday... We went Just East of Middle Bass... trolled and picked up 6 decent walleye.

Most of the good reports were a little futher North along the border.

Ed I loved it i think...lol. Hopefully i can get with you and make sure it is working right. It seemed to mark lots of fish up and down in the water column. I also saw what I think is mafly larvae about halfway up from the bottom. Just couldn't get the fish to bite.

    Default Ducer & Cables

Troy, all HDS'S 5 thru 10 use the same power cables and transducers, I have a gen 1 HDS 7 i can part with if your interested. Used about 10 hours on my boat... ( Navico Lowrance just offered me a Pro Staff Position Last night) so i will be upgrading to an HDS 8....Ed

    Default Boot needed

I have a 1980 Grady White Seafarer. The boot on the out drive has a hole in it. Where is inexpensive place to purchase one...the dealers are out site IMO.

I have a shop and can do the work but need to find one....any suggestions ??

    It is an OMC.

    Thanks ahead of time !!

congratulations Ed. Yet another reason to have a cold one when we meet. I could possibly be interested in a month or so not right now though. I have put enough money in the boat for the time being. Is there any market for slightly used HDS 5's w/out power and transducer cables? LOL Guess I should have spent the money up front. Good luck and thanks ed.

Well if you buy Ed's HDS7 Troy just sell your 5 with the cables you get from Ed. They are the same so....
