Minn Kota electric trolling motor mount

I was wandering if anyone is using the minnkota engine mount trolling system that mounts to your outdrive. I have a 240 Baha walkaround and wanted to know if it would push my boat fast enough to troll with it. If anyone has any experience with them or knows of someone using them, any info would be appreciated

My buddy runs the 36 volt model on a Wellcraft 23 foot center console. I think its decent on mild days but not when the wind picks up or if you need to get over 2.0...then its time to fire up the main engine.
