Fishing has been very slow near shore in huron.. as far as the huron deep water goes my fish finder is not marking anything in that area. I will let you guys know when those huron fish show up. Because I personally can not wait..

    Smile Walleye fishing

    CAPT.
Sunday saw 20 boats fishing for walleye Kelley Is Shoal mostly charters like I said in my perch report we caught 6.5 pounde walleye perching in that area.
Most boats would drift stating off the shoal then onto the shoal then start their slide back off the shoal again.

I was on Kelley's Shoal Sunday for a few hours never got a bite and never seen a net hit the water. It's my understanding the fishing was good Friday and Saturday.

I am headed up for a Thu and Fri Walleye trip myself. I too had planned on hitting the Huron area as that's where I've had the best luck this year so far. I may try the shoal first after reading your posts...

    Default walleye happy dance

Wow, 3 phone calls tonight with good walleye reports... Looks like the big boys are tickling back into the area. Fall has arrived. Time to get them bare naked reef runners out.. its gonna be a great weekend.
