    Perch limits were caught this week quickly between Green and Rattlesnake Island. Also straight out of the Portage River in 19" of water. North of North Bass and East of Ballast Island have been good too. (You may want to take a few worms along and hang an extra rod while perch fishing. There's a good chance you may catch a walleye or two.) As the water temp cools down (now 74 degrees), the walleye will turn on more.
