    Default worm harness queston

Once we start trolling worm harnesses, has anyone tried using 8 in plastic worms? Maybe the white bass would leave them alone.

I tried them without much success. Had limited success with them by placing them in a container with real Nightcrawler's for a week or so before using them. It sure would make harness fishing more enjoyable if they would only work.

Like mentioned, limited results. Using a 4 inch works a bit better on some days.
I can only hope I have earned the freedom that has been given me.

I was eatin some candy at work one night and a guy asked if I'd ever fished with gummi worms. Sounds crazy, but after looking at them for a while, it got me wonderin. The color schemes on them worms sure do resemble the colors of our blades and beads. Am I nuts for thinkin about throwin on some gummi worms? I will definitely post results when I start casting in a couple weeks. What the hell, I've done a lot more ridiculous things. Whats one more? Lol

Well one thing for sure is gummy worms definitely smell better than the rubber worms. So based on that alone would warrant trying them a few times.

My luck I would probably catch more kids and I don't need any more of them.
