Sterling is the only ramp with a fish cleaning station. Raisin River would be closer to you. Longer way out to the lake. Bolles harbor is nice and closer drive also. Can handle most sized boats/trailers, pit toilets. Swan Creek is just past Fermi. North of that is Erie Metro park with nice rest rooms if you have females along.
Raisin River lake bouy's are typically good perch spots with large rocks either sides of the channel. Before running further north in the bay.

Assuming your launching from Bolles Harbor, you can hit Anglers fish camp at the entrance to Bolles or go west of the freeway to Domka outdoors. Erie party store past the ramp entrance has minnows just not sure if he has Emeralds. For that matter, you might want to call ahead to see who has Emeralds it has been changing some. Some of the local bait stores have been getting Fatheads, and they have been working just as well as Emeralds, IMO! I actually prefer them over the pinhead Emeralds that have been available.

They look like emeralds not sure what's the difference is but the perch liked them last Saturday.
    Thanks Matt

If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.
