Perching on Saturday 8/16

Left West Harbor around 9:00 am. Went east of Ballast first and did no good except for a couple gobies. Decided to shoot over towards Green and Rattlesnake and saw numerous boats on the north side of Green (trying to stay out of the wind) so we gave it a shot about 1/4 mile north of the island. We caught lots of perch but only about 25 keepers with probably over 75 small throwback perch. Last stop was just south of taco bell and it was 'game on'. We were able to fill a 3 man ticket with nice 9-11'' fish. It was a bumpy, long ride back to the dock with 4 footers on the way back.

It's the red can at 41.45.032 / 82. 50.074 up on the line North and a little west of North Bass Island.

Thanks for the info Juls. But just fixing a typo u made. Lol. Your numbers for taco bell. The 80 should be 82 for the longitude. Just an FYI.

Whoops! My bad....hard to do from the iphone sometimes...my eyes are old ya know...lol

Yes, that is the correct location. I've been told that the walleye are in that area also but we didn't try for them.
