2015 Deer hunting results/pics

Did not bow hunt, my transition to left hand is behind schedule and didn't feel confident enough by the time season came around. First year I haven't bow hunted in 35 years My duck hunting program picked up this year though since loosing my dog a few years ago and I think we'er getting a pup in the spring. Went out with gun for deer jihad opener last wknd and no luck yet.

Got 2 doe today, large size for sausage & burgers, & small size for roast ,chops & steaks! from Java NY. Now time to look/wait for the big guy!

Lineman, you make your own sausage or have it made. From my first deer I kept the loins and tenderloins, the rest went to Falconers for a assortment of sausage, second deer same thing, kept the loins, tenderloins and ground meat for chili and tacos. The rest went to lakeside market for Italian, Chorizo and breakfast sausage. I need another freezer.

I do the roasts, chops, steaks myself. I take the other grinding meat to Tony Costanza's Meats in Webster NY & have sausage, slim sticks, & other goodies made up. Between fish & deer meat there are times I could use another freezer too. lol

What the heck is Fishkiller & Bailey doing?? They have been quiet. I would text them but I don' t want to poke a sleeping bear. LOL
