    Default Slow bite

This could be part of the reason for the slow bite happening now! Check out the Pictures. A friend shared this with me today.

Between that and the stormy weather one of the nicest months of the year has been wasted. Another week of broken weather forecasts. I need to run my boat just to burn up some of last fall's gas! Hope you have gotten out more than I have. Fortunately I am still eating a bit on those walleye you and I caught about this time last year!

I have been able to get out only 5 times this year so far. Was going to go yesterday but one of my grandkids who was going with me fell and busted his head open on the way to the truck yesterday morning so we went to the ER instead. 3 stitches and a headache so we stayed home where we belonged after that fall.

Once things settled down a bit I asked him how it happened. He said he stepped on the sleeve of his sweat shirt he was carrying to the truck and went backward and hit his head on the step. Well he will be back the end of next month for another visit, hope the weather cooperates.
