Anyone finding yellow perch?

While on the hunt for walleye... does anyone stumble across yellow perch? I'm coming next week for the first time to see this special area, and would be just as inclined to do a little perch fishing if possible... but have no ideal where to start. Shallower I suspect, but.... thanks

I get the sense most ice fisherman who catch perch on the open lake do so incidentally while fishing for walleye, but I know some folks target perch around the south side of Sandusky bay off Bay Harbor Marina.
