    Default 4 walleye~ May 30th

We went fishing out by Niagara Reef. Did the drift thing and caught some gobies, white perch and a sheep head. So we lowered the kicker in the water and put on some reef runners and a bottom bouncer, about 60 ft back and let it roll.
The purple reef runner one did the best with 3 walleye.
Caught one walleye on a bottom bouncer with a worm harness and gold blade.
WOW~ 4 walleye that we would not have caught just driften~!
GREAT FUN seeing that pole pull over with a walleye on the end of it~!

Started at "E" can yesterday morning trolling north dragging 40 JetDivers with bright (Up North) scorpion stinger spoons 45'-69' back off Church Walleye boards and DDRR Cranberry Crush on a flat line 80' back at 2.0 mph. 12 walleye and 25 sheephead by the time we got to a point one mile west of West Reef. Not a bad morning. I'll be in the same neighborhood tomorrow morning and on Ch. 79 if anyone cares to talk.

    Default June 20th ~

Fished between Niagara Reef and "C" can.
Back and forth, caught 10 walleye, 3 white bass and 4 sheep head.
We were using purple & gold little rippers.
4 of the 10 walleye were under the legal limit and went back in the lake.... very gently...so they can grow a little more before they hit the cooker~!
The may flys were so thick, we had to pull them off our lures after we went through the "may fly soup"

Wish it was keep the wife happy on our boat, we would never troll. I like to feel the rod in my hand and drift. I do get my way most the time thou and do hold the boat record. I keep count of who catches what each trip when actually fishing & not trolling. I have the most fish, most eyes and biggest eye for the last two years and starting this year. Not humble much either, lol. Learned a lot 2 yrs ago taken a charter with Capt Mike & Wayne & reel time. Great guys.

Default ~"H" can and drifted to the east in 15 fow

caught 2 walleye on a gold worm harness in 15 fow.
    nice eaters~~
the sheep head were out in force today.....and they were "hogies"
I also caught 1 white bass and 1 large cat fish.
I think the sheep head were beating the walleye to the lure.....
here is one of the biggest today.
and yes he was turned loose unharmed..so you can catch him too~!~!
