    1.5hr 1 man limit just SE of Ballast Island. Only boat in the area. Nice grade of fish

    18 nice size fish for two guys at green can off Catawba. Bite was picking up and might have got a limit, but so were the waves and the predicted 1-2's fast became 3's with some 4's and wicked whitecaps thrown with the 17-18 wind gusts. Not fun. So we got blown off and scooted back to the ramp.
