Started east of Kellys but was pretty barren, so headed up to the shoal. Action was slow for us up there but we did manage 2 keeper walleye. We started with spoons and harnesses, but harnesses seemed to be working better, so we switched to all meat close to the bottom with bottom bouncers. They seemed to prefer pink and purple with gold blades.

Was still pretty slow, so we headed over to the south side of Gull. Marks were much better, and we picked up two fish before we could get all the lines in. Switched to pulling the harnesses behind Jet 30's at 115 back 1.8-2.0. Shortly thereafter the wind died and the white perch and shorts really turned on. Before we left we bumped up the speed to 2.2-2.5 and got fewer white perch and the walleye started to bite better, but we were out of time. Ended with 5 keepers, loosing 2 at the boat.
