The Maumee River Basin got a lot of rain. Most of the Lake Erie inflow comes from the Detroit River (upper Lakes), so when the upper Lakes are above "average" Lake Erie goes up also. Good for boating, less shoal and reef danger.

It looks like it is all the Great Lakes. My father lives in Erie, PA (central basin) and he has has water up to the bottom of his docks since early spring. With the recent rains, the water level is just even with dock surface, and he is thinking about raising the dock. It's hard to believe that just a few short years ago, everyone was concerned about low water levels.
