6/1 Fishing Repot

2 man limit caught around American Eagle Shoal. All fish caught on bandits or jet divers with stinger spoons behind them. Tons of shorts too. Most of the shorts caught near the bottom and the few hogs on the day were from a fruit dots bandit out 50ft (basically 10ft down). Bigger fish seem to be coming up higher to feed. All fish caught between 22-26 fow.

To add, had a friend on the lake trolling harnesses. He started by K can and got 50 shorts and 2-3 keepers. He moved to where we were and then limited out in an hour just north of Kelly's. We caught 23 shorts ourselves. Beautiful day out there and tomorrow looks like the same. Clarity is getting much better and there were some very distinct mud lines where we caught a few. Most of our damage was done in slightly muddier water around American Eagle Shoal but we finished the day in clearer water about a mile or two north of there. The whole area was showing great marks on the screen all day.
