Big Boards - Plans

I would like to make some big boards on my own. Does anyone have a set of plans to share (or know where I can get them)? I don't have a high spot to attach the boards to the boat so I'm worried about the rope slacking into the water so if anyone has a plan/remedy for that I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
