Default 8/6 report from the Regina Marie

7:30 started on Perch inside of D can a bit East of the big pack, busy enough to hold us there until 11. We got 60ish, went to green and picked a few, everyone left within 30 min of setting down. Decided to try some eyes. Ran NW of rattlesnake, trolled towards some charters at the spot on the map below, turns out they were perching... way out. Didn't see much action from them or the head boat that joined but we got 12 keepers in that area. Dipseys and bandits. A bit shallow was best even though good marks deep, #3 65', #1 45, bandits 70-80. 8/6 report from the Regina Marie-image-jpg

PS fished Bula Thursday, no perch, 15 eyes not much bigger than our Western Basin fish, more junk and just as many bugs. We have it good here!

Can anyone tell me if D-Can is the green bouy with #5 on it or is that Niagra reef?

Here is a map of the firing range. The buoy south of Niagara is D-Can the Large green bell can/buoy is Niagara and is marked with #5 and is a navigational buoy. D-Can is yellow with a large D painted on it and looks like a 55gallon barrel. All of the range markers are yellow with the letter designation painted on the buoy. Starting at the top of the map from left to right(west to east) Is A, B and C-cans, then south to Niagara then, D, E and F-Can then west to G and H-Cans towards shore. Starting at the Toussaint River the J, K, and L-cans run from the South to North along the west edge of the firing range back to A-can the starting point.
