How are we to know who is in favor of larger fines? I doubt that fishing fines are the furthest concern in the minds of our electorics. In my opinion.

If they are still planning on building windmills in the lake, perhaps they were setting off charges to see the different makeup of the lake bed. Haliburton has grey equipment.
