    Just got the feet wet today, as always, the weather is not conducive to fishing, will post as soon as I have some fish!
    I have done well nw west of Lakefront Marina in 15-18 fow early season....

    50 yellow perch, SE of G can , 22 fow very bouncy, and 16 pounds at the cleaners.
    many trow backs (2 dozen) , (good sign for the next year) and some pesky white perch.
    NO SHEEPHEAD~! :confused:...

    Shiners spreaders, some with bling others not.
    October 19th 30 yellow perch 11 pounds at the cleaners.
    October 20th 60 yellow perch 21 pounds at the cleaners....

    SE of G can 22 fow August 17, 2021

    4 hours today, 21 keeper perch and 6 throw backs.
    1 nice cat fish , 4 small sheep head and 2 white perch.
    spreaders, small shiners and a very soft bite for most of the perch.
    big hog 12 incher...

    2.5 hours today, 30 yellow perch and 12 pounds at the cleaners.

    24 yellow perch today and 9 pounds at the cleaners.
    using shiners and still just big to cover half the hook.
    4 yellow perch throw backs (educated but unharmed)

    30 yellow perch today and 4 hours to bag them
    6 throw backs (good to see some young perch)
    4 walleye these guys were small less than 6 inches (educated but unharmed)

    20 yellow gold, (2 throwbacks just too small and they were not hurt so back you go to get bigger), 4 white perch and 3 sheep head.

    16 yellow perch, SE of G can today in 22 fow.
    using spreaders and shiner golden mix.
    fished 9-12, and 5 pounds at the cleaners.
    (2 cat fish and 3 sheep head ~ released)
    there were 5 other boats...

    So sorry to hear about your illness.
    My sister was diagnosed with this years ago and she has been able to manage the illness.
