4/11 jigging report

A little late in posting, sorry

Launched at Catawba about 9:30 and headed to Toussaint. Marks, but nothing biting. Moved over to crib. Same thing. Moved to Niagara, picked up one on the first drift. Repositioned for another drift, picked up another. Kept drifting over same area, ended with seven about 1:00. Weather was perfect when we started out, but wind kept picking up. By 1:30, decided to head back to Catawba. Overall, not a bad outing.

Lure: 5/8oz jigs. No minnow
Color: various. Got fish on purple, blue, white, green....
Air temp: 67
Water temp: 49
Wind: 12mph increased to 22 with 30mph gusts
Wind direction: W then NW
Waves: less than 2, building to 3-5
