New Marina at Turtle Point

Does anyone know the name of the new marina that's replacing Lamberjacks? Also, I was hearing rumors of maybe a new restaurant as part of the new marina as well?
It would be nice to see the old man at Wild Wings get some competition. I have been witness, more than once, to him watching his staff struggle with a full house and do nothing more than help himself to another beer. Maybe the days of his monopoly are coming to an end.

Okay Ted here is the skinny, at least as much as I know. The guy that bought it his name is Dan, dunno his last name, new marina name is Fisherman's Cove, I spoke to him this summer, and haven't heard from him since. I have been trying to contact him on dock prices and what not so I can let fisherman that come in the bait shop know, but haven't had any luck. As far as what is going on there, I know he plans/ is in the works of putting jet ski docks in and cleaning up the place. When I spoke to him I suggested the idea of a roof top bar there/ restaurant, thought that would be an awesome addition to the area to be able to eat and look out over the water on a roof top, dunno how much he took to heart. He's a nice guy got good intentions for the place and is doing a pretty good job so far cleaning it out. I also know he plans on putting gas pumps back in dunno the details on that one either. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info Dreamcatcher! I have a cottage around the bend on Humphrey across from the beach. I used to dock at Lamberjacks before they closed, and it was walkable from cottage to boat. Since then, I have been at turtle point marina(off Humphrey RD) The people who own Turtle Point Marina are first class, and have helped me more than once at the drop of a hat. That being said, it will be a very tough decision to leave for the new place. Not sure if a little bit of extra convenience is worth the service and friendship TPM provides me.

Do you know if they plan on being open this year?
