They were runnin around this evening. Saw 3 bucks. Bunch of does. I stalked one buck and I turned around snd a big doe was following me. Lol. She's lucky it wasn't gun season or I'd be cleaning and skinnin right now.

Just talked to my buddy & he said the same thing that the deer were moving this PM, he saw does & 3 bucks but no shots.

Since gun season is coming up, I figured I'd ask this question? Which do you guys prefer. Good inline muzzleloader or good rifled slug gun. Now rifle counties obviously everyone wants to shoot rifle.

Good news Good news, I was able to get into the stand today, and I hit a 4 or 6 pt jus a lil far back (I think?) so we'll let him lay up for the night and look in the morning. Oh and Copo I prefer my Savage ML10II but you cant top the rifle.

Awesome news Jim. Hope you can recover ur buck. Had a bad wind this evening deer came out late, then I got winded by a doe. Nice gun, are you shooting smokeless powder?

i like my savage 3o8 also when i was younger i love my rem 20gauge

Toss up on guns like em all but knight mk93 inline muzzle, then toss up between mossberg 20 it cheeks right or winchester 1300 12 and my favorite savage 300 win mag. If out of choise ill take the 20 less bang on the shoulder.

yes IMR 4227 48 Grains with 300 Grain SST

I like hunting with my muzzleloader 50 cal. knight or Nef.huntsman.They are all I 've used the last 4-5 yrs. I just ordered a 20 ga. rifled barrel for the huntsman & am looking foreward to hunting with it. Also like useing the Browing 30-06 . I agree can't beat the rifle to reach out & touch em"! Hunted yesterday for the first time & saw 2 bucks/ 1 doe with no shots.
